For a full refund, notice of cancellation must be given 2 business days prior to the event date. This policy applies to catering orders under $1000 only. If you feel you have made an error in payment, please contact us at (513) 239-5028.



For events equal to or greater than $1,000 a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required of which $200 is non-refundable. Deposits will be applied to your final bill. If you cancel your event, you will forfeit your $200 deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your event, your cancellation fee will be equal to your 25% deposit.
